How long does it take to process my order?

Estimated turnaround time from ordering to collection is approximately 7 - 10 days. We will contact you if the turnaround time is longer than expected upon order placement.

Will I get to see the final artwork before it's send for print?

Of course! You will receive the first draft around 1-2 days after order is placed. From there, we will work on the feedback you might have and edit it until you're satisfied. Only then we will send the artwork for print.


Do you provide easel rental service?

Yes we do. A 4-day easel rental + an A2 size ready-design poster package starts from $78, excluding delivery. We also have packages that include delivery and return. Email us to find out more!

Can we choose the colour of the rental easel?

Only wooden easels are available.


I like the design of Poster A, but I prefer the wordings and font style in Poster B, can I mix and match?

Sure thing - all you've got to do is place an order on the poster design that you like, then in the Comments box, let us know which is the poster's font style / wordings that you want. We will respond via email to confirm your selection.

What's the difference between ready-design and fully custom posters?

Ready-designs are design templates listed on our website. They all have a design name (i.e. Geometric Romance, Vintage Rose etc.,). For these designs, we can make edits to the wordings, font style and colour according to your preference, but not the base design (i.e. background, layout, add new elements or change elements). Fully custom posters are posters that we create from scratch according to the creative brief you provided us. Many of our clients opt for fully custom designs because they wanted something truly unique and different. For fully custom designs, we encourage you to provide as much information as possible on your ideal poster design, preferably with an image for reference so that we can recreate your dream design as closely as possible.

What are my collection and delivery options?

Self-collection is preferred for kapaline posters due to its fragility, plus you can save some money! ;) But of course, if convenience is preferred, we have delivery services too. Delivery rates start from $10 for cards and $25 for A2 and A1 size posters.

Where do I go to collect my order?

Collection will be at our design studio located at Hillview. More details will be provided when your order is ready for collection.

How long does the delivery take?

If you have opted for delivery, you can expect to receive your item within 2-3 days after receiving the tracking number from us.

Do you ship internationally?

We can only deliver to addresses within Singapore.

I'm based overseas but really like your designs, can we work something out?

We can't ship printed posters outside of Singapore but we can provide you with a digital copy and you will be able to print it with any printing vendor at your location. Just drop us an email and let us know!


How do I pay for my purchase?

We accept Cash, PayPal, PayNow, DBS PayLah and bank transfer. When you are on the CHECKOUT page, under 2 PAYMENT, select "PayPal" if you want to use PayPal OR "Offline Payment" if you would like to pay in Cash, PayNow, PayLah or bank transfer. We will provide you with further payment details via email if you have opted for offline payment.
